HOW TO REGISTER?
Race registrations are open from December 15th, 2018. up to March 10th, 2019. (competitors registered until March 1st, 2019. can get a race T-shirt). Registrations are possible to submit on-line only, registration form can be found on our web page. Registration is completed/valid after submission and payment of registration fee to organizer’s account (please check due date for submission) or over PayPal service. Application for the race on the day of competition is not possible.
By submitting the registration form, each competitor certifies his/her own medical ability to participate in this race, states to have the appropriate fitness level (psycho and physical condition)for this kind of competition and agrees to carry all required equipment during the entire race.
Payment is possible in two ways, by bank transfer or by Paypal service. In both cases, the competitor pays the additional costs of money transfer. In the Pay Pal option fee is already included (Entry fee + Pay Pal fee).

Purpose of payment: DOT 2019 – full name of competitor + category
Entry fee includes: race organization, race package (T-shirt, original medal, sponsor product), food and drinks at refreshment points, boat trip from Mir bay to Sali (only for Bay Green category), lunch after the race, mountain rescue service, organized transfer in the case of withdrawal/injury from the race in case competitors are on terrain accessible with vehicles, transfer of transition bags (only for Bay Green category), winner awards, entrance to the Telaščica Nature Park, original medals for winners.
ENTRY FEE REFUND
In case the race is cancelled due to objective circumstances, race switches to the next day. In case the race can’t be held even the next day, competitor can not get a refund of the registration fee, but can get race package. Also entry fee can not be waived to next year. The race package can be taken only on the day of the race or if the race is cancelled, package can be taken at the organizer’s address during the period specified by the organizer.
In case of competitor’s cancellation of the race, it is obliged to contact the race organizer by using our contact form until February 16th 2019. by 15.00h. In this case competitor can ask reimbursement in the amount of 30% of the total paid amount. After cancellation date no registration fees will be refunded.
